Administrative duties
Oversee routine and advanced duties for other professionals. work closely with administrators and other employees to organize files, create correspondence and prepare reports or documents. A range of clerical tasks including managing calendars, sorting mail and preparing invoices. Also, responsible for helping to plan events and managing supervisors’ schedules.

• Must do everything reasonable (due diligence) to ensure the health and safety of the workers Under my supervision. • Must inform workers about any known workplace hazards, existing controls for those hazards and/or safe work practices. • Sign incoming products receipts and Payroll of the personnel under my supervision Answers the complains and Queries of customer • Handles the payrolls and attendance of my team and Handles the Cash/ inventories. • Supervise personnel both in Grocery and Pharmacy Staffs
Assist the Manager to oversee, allocate responsibilities and monitor the performance and effectiveness of personnel while assuming general administration duties as required. Maintain and administer personnel records of all staff within the section, including sickness, annual leave, absences and terminations. Does the Personnel Payrolls All sites Update personnel Attendance, Mislogs and Disputes Complete log entries to record daily activities and write detailed incident reports for all unusual events, observations, and incidents during any work assignment or shift. Respond to routine service requests, urgent calls for assistance, and emergency situations in accordance with Security policies, procedures, guidelines, post orders and sound professional judgement. Maintain a high level of ethical behavior and confidentially regarding any information pertaining to personnel and job-related matters accordance with the standards, measures, rules, regulations and procedures established by the Company.

Interview Applicants during Hiring Process Source Applicants and post it on Social Medias and other Job Sites Answer employee queries about HR-related issues. Produce and submit reports on general HR activity. Assist in training related needs for all Departments. Facilitate and coordinate travel needs and requirements. Keep up-to-date with the latest HR trends and best practice. Assist in Employee Cases and Issues Organized and managed staff calendars and scheduling Administrative work and Payroll Assistance.
